Zedus, played by Mizuho Yoshida, is a kaiju character in the film Gamera the Brave.
Zedus attacked several ships before finally making landfall where a young Gamera fought him. Gamera grabbed Zedus' weaponized tongue and shot him in the face with a fireball, sending him back to the ocean.
Zedus later returned, initially gaining the upper hand. Zedus was finally killed when Gamera burned him to death with a giant fireball.
