The Feverman (Monsters)

The Feverman is an episode of Monsters television series. It was written by Benjamin Carr and directed by Michael Gornick. It first aired October 22, 1988.

Plot[]

When a doctor (Patrick Garner) is unable to heal a man's daughter (Michele Gornick), the desperate father (John C. Vennema) goes to "the Feverman" (David McCallum). The Feverman is a local healer who literally fights the illness. The doctor, angry at the father's belief in superstition, tries to expose the Feverman as a fraud but not only learns the truth, but also that there is a price to pay for faith.
