Tank is a puppet featured in Curse of the Puppet Master.
Tank was created by Dr. Magrew by transferring Robert Winsley's soul into the puppet.
Because Dr. Magrew murdered Robert, the puppets turned on him. They attack him and Tank delivers the killing blow, shooting Magrew in the head with high voltage.
