Stitch, played by Sarah Hayward, is a character in the films Hellraiser: Hellseeker and Hellraiser: Deader.
Stitch is a loyal servant to Pinhead.
In Hellraiser: Hellseeker, Stitch shows up with Pinhead, Surgeon, Bound, and Chatterer when Kirsty Cotton opens the Lament Configuration in order to trade the soul of her husband Trevor Gooden. He had bought the box as a present for her, hoping to steal her inheritance money from Frank and Larry Cotton.
Stitch personally entered his Limbo and appeared to Trevor as one of his mistresses. As the two kissed, Stitch revealed herself and strapped a metal mask to his mouth with a large screw in the middle which she pushed through and out the back of his head.
In Hellraiser: Deader, Amy Klein called Little Sister, Spike Cenobite, Bound, and Stitch to kill the deaders. But before leaving with the cenobites to Hell, Amy killed herself. The cenobites were then recalled back to Hell after failing to bring her with them.
