Starker (Halloween III)

Starker, played by Jonathan Terry, is a character from the film Halloween III: Season of the Witch.

Starker is a homeless alcoholic who tells Dr. Daniel Challis to be careful around town since Silver Shamrock has cameras everywhere. He tells him that Conal Cochran came to town and dried it up and only hired outside people to work in his factory.

After yelling that he'd burn down the Silver Shamrock factory, the Silver Shamrock Androids show up and tear his head off.
