Star, played by Jami Gertz, is a fictional character in the 1987 film The Lost Boys.
Star was on the Santa Carla boardwalk when she met eyes with Michael Emerson. Before he could get too close, she leaves on the back of David Powers' motorcycle. After Michael and David's gang begin to hang out, the two of them get closer.
After Michael begins transitioning into a vampire, she reveals that he was supposed to be the first person she fed from in order to become a full-fledged vampire. She and Laddie hang out with Michael as he attempts to kill David and his gang, thinking it would cure their vampirism. After killing the gang, she says she doesn't feel any different.
After Max reveals he is the vampire leader, he is killed by Grandpa, curing Star, Laddie and Michael.
