Sir Geoffrey Radcliffe, played by Vincent Price, is a fictional character from the 1940 film The Invisible Man Returns.
Radcliffe is sentenced to death for the murder of his brother, a crime he did not commit. With the help of Dr. Frank Griffin, the brother of the original invisible man, Radcliffe is injected with the invisibility serum, causing him to seemingly vanish from his cell. Radcliffe is able to escape in the confusion and sets out to prove his innocence before the drug's side-effect of madness begins to set in.
Though Radcliffe is able to eventually prove his innocence, he is still struck by a stray bullet and nearly dies. Only a blood transfusion saves his life and makes him visible again.
