Rosemary Winters is the baby daughter of Ethan Winters and his wife Mia. In Resident Evil Village, she is kidnapped by Mother Miranda, who intends to use her latent powers inherited from her parents to resurrect her own daughter, Eva.
With help from Chris Redfield, Ethan rescues Rosemary from Miranda but at the cost of his own life.
In the game's epilogue, a teenage Rosemary becomes a government agent under Chris' tutorship.
