Perfect Witness is a short story written by Rick Hautala. It was first published in the 1995 anthology Fear Itself. It was reprinted in the 1999 collection Bedbugs and in the 2011 anthology Epitaphs: The Journal of the New England Horror Writers, edited by Tracy L. Carbone.
