Patsey West, played by Betty Carvalho, is a character in the film Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers.
Patsey is a nurse at the Haddonfield Children's Clinic where Jamie Lloyd is staying due to the events of Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers. Patsey is maternal and very kind to the children, especially Jamie, who was rendered mute. Whenever Jamie has nightmares, Patsey is there to comfort her.
When Jamie's nightmares intensify to the point of having convulsions, she calls Dr. Max Hart into the room. But Dr. Sam Loomis intervenes, telling them she will be okay. Surmising that the convulsive dreams are due to a telepathic link to Michael Myers, Loomis emphatically demands she speak and tell him where Myers is. Patsey puts a stop to his yelling and takes Jamie away from him.
After Jamie leaves the hospital on Halloween night, Myers shows up and kills Dr. Hart and Nurse Patsey.
