Officer Frank, played by Allen Breton, is a character in the film Sleepaway Camp.
Frank shows up repeatedly to Camp Arawak to investigate recurring mysterious deaths. Camp owner Mel Costic repeatedly assures Frank the deaths are a series of accidents. Eventually when bodies show up that are obvious murders, Frank investigates and finds a crazed Angela Baker with the decapitated head of Paul in her lap.
