Michael Warren is a fictional character from the Resident Evil franchise.
Warren was the last Mayer of Raccoon City. He was corrupt, making backroom deals with Umbrella Corporation, which ultimately led to Raccoon city becoming overrun with zombies and monsters. His daughter Katherine Warren was left behind in the care of Police Chief Brian Irons. Unfortunately Irons was driven insane by the Umbrella outbreak and murdered Karen.
