Long Hollow Swamp is a short story written by Joseph Payne Brennan. It was first published in the magazine Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine, January 1976. It was reprinted in the 1977 anthology The Year's Best Horror Stories: Series V, edited by Gerald W. Page, in the 1986 collection The Borders Just Beyond, and in the 2008 collection The Feaster from Afar and Other Ghastly Visitants.
