Kahn is one of André Toulon's puppets.
Kahn makes a brief appearance in Puppet Master as the lookout for Toulon in the Bodega Bay Inn during World War II. When the Nazis arrive at the hotel, Kahn warns Toulon in time to hide the puppets and commit suicide.
Kahn also makes a brief cameo appearance in Puppet Master: Axis of Evil.
