Julia Cotton is a character from both Hellraiser and Hellbound: Hellraiser II. Though she is married to Larry Cotton, Kirsty's father, she truly loves Frank, Larry's brother.
In Hellraiser[]
After Frank's death at the hands of the cenobites, he is resurrected in part by Larry's blood. Julia helps him complete his transformation back to human form by killing several men.
By the end of Hellraiser, the cenobites were led back to Frank by Kirsty. Frank kills Julia during his escape attempt.
In Hellbound: Hellraiser II[]
The bloody matress Julia's body was on after her death was the portal for her to come back to life. Dr. Channard, in his quest to find Hell, used a mental patient to resurrect her.
She returned with no skin. As with Frank, she needed to consume the living to regenerate completely. Dr. Philip Channard arranges it that she can fully regenerate by consuming several people.
After Dr. Channard arranges for the box to be solved, he ventures into Hell with Julia. She shows him some sights before she tricks him into becoming a cenobite himself.
Later she encounters Kirsty before being swept away into a wind tunnel, thus losing her skin and never to be seen again.
