Inspector Neumann, played by Lionel Atwill, is a character in the film Mark of the Vampire.
Though initially Neumann refused to believe in vampires, he eventually is convinced. He along with Professor Zelen and Baron Otto von Zinden descend into the ruined parts of the castle to hunt down the undead monsters and destroy them.
