Halloween: Resurrection was the eighth installment in the Halloween series. It was filmed as a hip, new "reality-type" movie in which six local college students take part in a webcast. A webcast that takes place at the childhood home of Michael Myers.
As Halloween night arrives, the group prepares to enter the run-down house in search of clues as to why Michael Myers went crazy. They start up the cameras and head inside, but what the group doesn't know is that Michael Myers has come home - and he's ready to clean house!
HALLOWEEN: RESURRECTION hit theaters July 12, 2002 and it is oftenly referred to as the weakest movie in the series that features Michael Myers.
