Todd Barstow uses his test worms to pull pranks on his little sister, Regina. Then, his test worms show up in his lunch container and in his bed. Thinking that it was Regina, he goes to the woods on a rainy night to search for more worms in order to pull a prank on Regina, but uncovers a cave that is inhabited by a giant worm bent on killing Todd for mistreating her offspring.
