Gene, played by Frank Trent Saladino, is a character in the film Sleepaway Camp.
Gene is a counselor at Camp Arawak. Gene allows his raucous campers to get out of hand until he eventually has to reign them in. His campers bully both Mozart and Angela Baker. The only time he intervened is when he saw Mozart chasing his bullies around with a pocket knife. He confiscated it telling Mozart he can get it back at the end of camp.
