Franklin Munroe, played by Brent Chapman, is a character in Halloween: Resurrection.
Munroe is a security guard at Grace Andersen Sanitarium, where Laurie Strode was taken after the events of Halloween H20: 20 Years Later.
Munroe reports to Willie Haines that Harold Trumble has escaped his room and is in the basement. But when Haines stops at the vending machine instead of going straight to the basement, he gets annoyed. Haines tells him that he missed dinner and Munroe takes off to the basement himself.
When Haines hears Munroe scream, he hurries down to the basement where he finds his decapitated head in the dryer moments before having his own throat slit.
