The Feral Predator, played by Dane DiLiegro, is a fictional character who was featured in the 2022 film Prey.
The Feral Predator is the first known Yautja to appear on earth. Despite the advanced technology is possesses, especially in 1719, it is much more primitive than the predators in previous films. Its mask resembles a skull instead of the metallic version Yautja normally possess.
The Feral Predator first arrives on earth, slowly working its way up the food chain, figuring out which is the most challenging prey to hunt. It begins with killing a rattlesnake. It moves up to a coyote. And finally kills a massive bear. It observes humans, noting they carry weapons and turns its attention on them. It kills multiple people including Comanche warriors and French fur traders before squaring off against Naru, who eventually outsmarts the predator and uses its own weaponry against it.
