The Female Cenobite is a character featured in the Clive Barker book The Hellbound Heart. She was also featured in the films Hellraiser (Grace Kirby) and Hellbound: Hellraiser II (Barbie Wilde).
The Female Cenobite is the only cenobite that speaks aside from Pinhead. She is equally if not more sadistic than Pinhead himself. She is the most aggressive cenobite, wanting to follow through with the slaughter versus Pinhead who will often hear out the pleadings of his victims, especially Kirsty Cotton.
In Hellbound: Hellraiser II, Kirsty reminds her, Pinhead, Chatterer and Butterball of their humanity moments before the newly created and power hungry Channard Cenobite showed up. He quickly dispatches the four cenobites, revealing their human forms as they died.
