Father Francis 'Frank' Delaney, played by Rod Steiger, is a character in the 1979 film The Amityville Horror.
Father Delaney was a Catholic priest who shows up to 112 Ocean Avenue to bless the home after the Lutz family moves in. While doing so by himself, he is immediately verbally assaulted by an entity telling him to "get out". As he goes from room to room he finds one full of flies despite it being out of season for them. He becomes violently ill and flees the house.
He attempts to call Kathy Lutz but as the line connects blisters form on his hand and he's unable to complete the call. Later while driving, a sudden mechanical malfunction causes him to crash. He attempts to solicit help from the Diocese, but they are not receptive to his pleas.
Eventually Father Delaney loses his eyesight and his mind. He is seen later in the garden area, tranquil and blind.
