Eliza is a character in Monster House. She is 6-year old girl who was riding her tricycle when she accidentally ran into Nebbercracker's lawn. Nebbercracker then came out of his house and he ripped her trike in half causing her to run away crying. In the end, she dressed up as a flower for Halloween and got her tricycle back.
