Dr. Fritz Fredericks is a character in the R. L. Stine novella Say Cheese and Die!. In the television adaptation, the character is played by Richard McMillan.
Dr. Fredericks is a scientist who co-created the Cursed Camera. He stole the camera, resulting in the other creator to put a curse on it. He lives in an abandoned building where he keeps the camera. When Greg Banks and Sheri Walker take the camera, he stalks them to get it back. Unfortunately Banks and Walker use the camera, not realizing it's cursed.
When trying to bring the camera back, Greg and Dr. Fredericks get into a struggle. The camera accidentally goes off and takes a picture of Dr. Fredericks who died of fright.
