Dr. Freuhoffer, played by Oto Brezina, is a character in Puppet Master X: Axis Rising and Puppet Master: Axis Termination.
Dr. Freuhoffer began researching the André Toulon life-giving serum for the Nazis for fear he would never see his daughter again. But the more discoveries he uncovered, the more he was driven to study its secrets. He created several murderous puppets of his own: Bombshell, Blitzkrieg, Weremacht, and Kamikaze.
After Danny Coogan, Beth, and the puppets invade his lab, Kommandant Moebius is killed and his lab is destroyed. Danny lets him live; however, they let Dr. Freuhoffer leave, not realizing he has smuggled the Toulon serum out with him.
