Dagahra is a kaiju who first appeared in the 1997 film Rebirth of Mothra II.
Dagahra was created by an ancient civilization to consume the pollution they had created through industrialization. However, Barems, mutant starfish were generated as a bi-product and they eventually wiped out the civilization.
In modern times when the pollution in Japan causes Dagahra to return, where it battled Mothra.
