City of the Seven Winds is a short story written by Joseph Payne Brennan. It was first published in the 1969 magazine Weirdbook Two. It was reprinted in the 1973 collection Stories of Darkness and Dread and again in the 2008 collection The Feaster from Afar and Other Ghstly Visitants.
