The Chatter Beast is a doglike demon featured in Hellraiser: Bloodline.
It is often seen with Pinhead who feeds it with white doves. It's shown to be quite vicious and is able to chase a human down and tear them to shreds.
The script describes it as pieced together from the remains of a dog and a man after a car accident.
