Mr. Bernard Garrett, played by Cliff Emmich, is a character from the 1981 film Halloween II
Garrett is the security guard who works at Haddonfield Memorial Hospital. When the phone lines went down, nurse Janet Marshall asked for him out in the storage area. He nervously reports back on his radio that someone has broken into the shed. Michael Myers sneaks up behind him and kills him with a claw hammer to the back of the head.
