Plot[]
Mystery, Inc. encounters a midget and a strongman, both on the run from the circus that's allegedly haunted by a Ghost Clown. They head for the circus grounds to investigate, but Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby fall victim to the Ghost Clown's powers of hypnotism.
