Baby Oopsie Daisy is a foul-mouthed baby doll that was one of several antagonists who debuted in the 1992 film Demonic Toys.

He also appeared in Dollman vs. Demonic Toys, Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys, Demonic Toys 2, Baby Oopsie, Baby Oopsie 2 Murder Dolls, Baby Oopsie 3 Burn Baby Burn!, And Puppet Master The Game.

In Demonic Toys, Dollman vs. Demonic Toys, and Puppet Master The Game, Baby Oopsie Daisy is bald, has completely green eyes, and a light blue dress with white buttons. She also has a mouth similar to Ventriloquist Dummies. (Baby Oopsie Daisy has a near identical design but with yellow eyes in the Demonic Toys sequel comics and red eyes in the Dollman Kills The Full Moon Universe comics respectively)

In Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys, Baby Oopsie Daisy has a hooded onesie, green eyes, and a more traditional baby doll mouth.

In Demonic Toys 2, Baby Oopsie Daisy (Referred to as Baby Whoopsie in this film) has blue eyes, a stitched up face (Similar to that of Chucky in Bride of Chucky), and a shorter and darker dress. She also goes back to the more tradition ventriloquist mouth like in the first two films.

In Baby Oopsie, Baby Oopsie Daisy (Referred to as only Baby Oopsie in this film aswell as Baby Oopsie 2 Murder Dolls and Baby Oopsie 3 Burn Baby Burn!) has blue eyes, a blue dress, and traditional baby doll mouth like in Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys when in innocent mode. And yellow eyes, a blue dress with white buttons, green veins on her head, sharp yellow teeth, and a traditional baby doll mouth in evil mode.

In Baby Oopsie 2 Murder Dolls and Baby Oopsie 3 Burn Baby Burn!, Baby Oopsie Daisy has a greyish blue dress with buttons, a white sleeping cap, and yellow eyes,
