Ancient Catch is a poem written by Bruce Boston. It was first published in the 1984 collection All the Clocks Are Melting. It was reprinted in the 2011 magazine Asimov's Science Fiction, June 2011 and in the 2016 collection Brief Encounters with My Third Eye: Selected Short Poems 1975-2016.
