Aaron Messer is a character in the R. L. Stine novella The Girl Who Cried Monster. In the television adaptation, he was portrayed by Christopher Tuah.
Aaron Messer is good friends with Lucy Dark. Aaron often gets pranked by Lucy who is obsessed with monsters. So when Lucy sees that Mr. Mortman, the librarian, is truly a monster, he doesn't believe her. In the book, Aaron witnesses Mr. Morthman's tranfermation and finally believes her story. But in the television adaptation, when Lucy's parents reveal themselves to be monsters and abruptly eat Mr. Mortman, Aaron shows up, unaware of what just happened.
